FAQ
What is the booking process?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to our commitment to quality, we only accept a limited number of weddings each year. To secure your date, a retainer fee and signed contract are required. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve dates without both the booking deposit and signed contract.
Once you've decided on the wedding package, please send us an email to confirm all the details. We'll then provide an online quote and contract for electronic signature. To officially book our services, we require a 30% deposit.
Can you travel? Where are you based?
I am located in Orlando and absolutely open to traveling! I have a profound passion for exploring new places and draw immense inspiration from diverse locations. No matter where your wedding takes place in Florida, we're enthusiastic about being a part of your special day.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes we do. We are fully insured; if your venue needs a certificate of additional insurance, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can provide one.
Do You Provide RAW Files?
While we understand the appeal of receiving RAW files, it's important to note that our editing process is an integral part of our unique brand. As such, we do not offer RAW files.
Our curation process is straightforward but meticulous. We meticulously remove test shots, duplicates, images with blinking eyes, and any out-of-focus shots from the collection. Subsequently, we dedicate ourselves to enhancing and perfecting the remaining images, delivering a set of pristine, fully edited photos to our clients. This ensures that every image reflects the quality and style that define our brand.
Do You Photoshop Images?
While we do enhance the overall quality of our images by clearing up skin and removing obvious distractions, our goal is to always represent you as your best, natural self. We believe in celebrating your true beauty, and our editing approach reflects this commitment. We won't alter your appearance in a way that changes who you are; instead, we aim to highlight your authentic and stunning self.
